Our Mission
Our mission is to equip leaders and teams with the skills, strategies, and confidence to succeed in their mission through world-class training in crisis intervention, de-escalation, leadership communication, and mental wellness & resilience that lasts.

Mike Wells
Mike Wells has been in the law enforcement field for over 25 years. He has 15 years of Crisis Negotiations experience to include team leadership experience. Mike has won the Virginia state CIT instructor of the year award.
Lori Wood
Lori currently serves as the Senior Director of Emergency Services & Short Term Stabilization Services at Region Ten Community Services Board in Charlottesville VA. Lori has over 25 years of experience in crisis work. Lori was awarded the CIT international mental health provider of the year award.
Kevin Miller
Kevin has worked in law enforcement for the last 25 years. He risen through the ranks and currently holds the rank of Captain. Kevin has held leadership positions in SWAT, Crisis Negotiation, and the department's Defensive Tactics Team. Kevin has received certifications from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services as a General Instructor and a Defensive Tactics Instructor. Kevin is a graduate of The FBI National Academy.
